Longhorn Cellars is excited to announce plans to expand the winery and vineyard in Fredericksburg Texas.  To keep pace with the increasing demand for our award-winning wines, we are building a new 13,000-square-foot production facility, barrel room, event room, wine library, and restaurant.

The Production Facility

Our new production facility will be larger than our current needs at Longhorn Cellars.  We will be offering incubator space to other winemakers in need of assistance.  This will allow us to support the growth of the Texas Hill Country wine industry while also increasing the production of our high-quality wines.  

The Barrel Room and Wine Library

Our special spaces, the barrel room and wine library, will feature award-winning wines from Longhorn Cellars.  These spaces will be available to book for special tastings and events.  We look forward to sharing our wines with wine enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike. 

The Event Room

Our event room is a spacious 4000 square foot area that will be available to book for various events such as rehearsal dinners, weddings, or meetings.  We can’t wait to host memorable events and celebrations with our guests in this beautiful space.  

The Restaurant

Our Restaurant will only be open for dinner and will feature Texas beef dishes.  The space is open and casual chic with garage doors that roll up for a great experience near the grapevines when weather permits.  We are excited to offer a unique dining experience that pairs perfectly with our wines.

Harvest Host

Longhorn Cellars recently expanded the parking area near the road to accommodate short-term stays for Harvest Host RV members.  This RV Membership program allows travelers to overnight at unique locations around the country.  We are thrilled to welcome these travelers and share our beautiful vineyard with them.
